SHIPPING

Most items are in stock and generally will ship within 48 hours for delivery by the post office, Fedex or UPS ground.

Should you require expedited shipping, applicable charges will be assessed. Please bear in mind that orders received after noon CST cannot be guaranteed to ship the same day even if express is requested

Orders shipping to outside of the United States will be assessed an additional charge based on anticipated postal charges to that country. You will be advised of the additional charges and asked to authorize the additional cost before the order will be shipped.

As we are unable to insure the packages outside the United States, we will not be responsible if a package does not arrive. You must be willing to accept these terms if we are to process your order.

TAXES

Sales tax is applied to all orders shipped within the State of Texas. We are obligated to collect 8.25% tax.

CREDIT CARDS

If you use a credit card to pay for your purchases, please be assured that we have a secure site and your card is safe. The credit card charge will come through as 4 Specialty Gifts. We do not sell our customer list or share any information with any third party.

Credit cards for overseas and large dollar customers will be required to complete a credit card approval form, providing a copy of their signed credit card and, if the ship to address is different than the bill to address, a copy of the driver's license.

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 20 days for a return item number. You will receive your choice or a refund or a credit. We will credit you for the item returned. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. Items without a return authorization number may not be accepted.
