HELEN ANIKST
Helen Anikst was born in Moscow in 1946. At the age of nine, while living in Peking, where her parents were on assignment as hydrageologists. She was immersed in the influence that Chinese art and philosophy had on her expanding aesthetic vision created, out of sand, an image of Buddha that her Chinese Peers honored as being worthy of the ancient masters. In the tiny remote village in the Ural Mountains, to which her family returned, a summer study in botanical drawing produced a portfolio of sketches that eventually served as her passport into the art school at the prestigious Surikov Institute. By 1964, after studying every aspect of and fine arts, Helen found that her artistic focus had broadened. Awed by the beautiful sights, sounds, words, and movements which whirled around her, she felt a need to control and reproduce every aspect of this beauty.
JACQUELINE KAMIN
Jacqueline Kamin was born in 1950 in Washington, D.C., She received her formal art education from the Corcoran Museum School (1968-1971) in her native town, and later attended the Art Students League (1981-1983) and the Sculpture Studio (1983-1985), both in New York City.
ROBERT SCHAAR
Robert Schaar was born in 1932 in Pasadena and raised in Arcadia where his father owned and raced thoroughbreds. He received his training in the early 1950's at the Art Center School of Design where he was a fine arts major. Upon conclusion of his Korean War tour of duty in the U.S. Navy where he served as staff artist at the U.S. Naval Training Center in San Diego, he completed his art apprenticeship in Europe and in Los Angeles, California. SCHAAR has also been featured in NASA`s "Visions of Flight" exhibit, touring museums around the world. His exuberant creations convey a bright disposition and spontaneous action. SCHAAR`s art is a permanent feature at The Kentucky Derby Museum, The Smithsonian Institute, the Pentagon and the U.S. Air Force Academy, just to name a few. He is equally gifted in the creation of Portraits and explosive sporty scenes. Schaar has a studio in Laguna Beach and his wife Jacqueline operates their gallery from the same location.
MICHAEL STEINER
Born in the US in 1945, Michael Steiner is a leading member of the Bennington school, abstract artists associated with Bennington College. Michael Steiner creates sophisticated abstract sculpture, often with repetitive, geometric patterns. He won a Guggenheim Fellowship in 1971.

Darryl Leo Hughto was born in Watertown NY in 1943.
EUGENE KASPIN
Eugene Kaspins paintings sing with joy and freedom. Eugine Kaspin celebrates his passion for life by painting what he sees around him, like sun-drenched, bustling streets, ancient buildings, the quirks of city life, and bobbing boats in a sunny harbor. In 1985 Eugenes dream of freedom came true when he left the Soviet Union, traveled throughout Italy, and came to America where he has enjoyed success and worldwide recognition.
JOHN KELLY
The name John Kelly, and his signature style of painting, have become a familiar mainstay in American Maritime art. Now he is expanding his artistic scope to include cityscapes from the recognizable areas of the world. Born in Scotland, Kelly comes from a seafaring family that emigrated to Canada when he was a boy. There he learned his subject matter firsthand, sailing as a merchant seaman on the coastal waters of Canada and Alaska. Internationally known as a painter, lithographer, and lecturer, his added talent as a musician enabled him in his early career to come to Los Angeles for intensive studies at the Art Center School. Kelly now travels the world and gathers research for paintings, pastels and lithographs, which he has printed at the prestigious Art Center School, Ettinger Atelier in New York, and with other noted studios through a host of Fine Art Publishers. Kelly currently resides in Malibu, California, where he creates his familar pastels and paintings for discriminating galleries, museums, and collectors.
